Our projects
The primary ambition of the Origins.earth's team is to produce and deploy the results of their research to support new territories in the low-carbon transition.
Paris
Launched in 2019, the City of Paris' demonstrator is the first network to measure urban greenhouse gas emissions. This project, led by Origins.earth, was born out of a partnership between Suez and the Laboratoire des Sciences du Climat et de l'Environnement (LSCE), in response to a call for proposals from the City of Paris. This unique measurement network has been active since 2020 in an area with over 12 million inhabitants.
The Paris Climate Agency
Since 2019, Origins.earth has been working alongside the Paris Climate Agency to accelerate energy renovation throughout Paris. Indeed, renovation project owners can now be assisted by APC advisors in obtaining Energy Savings Certificates (CEE) thanks to a platform that digitises the procedure.
Cyprus
In 2021, Origins established a partnership with the Cyprus Institute. The objective was to develop a greenhouse gas monitoring network in Cyprus. This large-scale operation enabled us to apply our technology to a new geographical area. By confronting it with the specificities of Cyprus, we confirmed the reliability of our method in new territories.
